Different Pilates classes for Different Skill Levels

I offer a mixed range of classes for different abilities, so whether it’s your first class or your five-hundredth, I am sure you’ll find an option to challenge your body. My beginner’s class focuses on isolating and activating your muscles, correct technique and learning how to use the Pilates lateral breathing technique, as well as pelvic floor activation. Once the initial beginners workshop has been completed, students are welcome to attend any class where a number of modifications and alternative movements will be provided to enable all students to enjoy the class.
