Total beginners class is a must for anyone starting on their journey into Pilates or after having a break from exercise. In this hour session I can give you my complete attention where this is sometimes not possible in a group class. I will instruct you through the basic moves in order that you have the confidence to move into a regular class, having the ability to carry out the Pilates sequences safely and specifically for you.
You will also learn how to use the Pilates method lateral breathing system to coincide with the exercises.
Additionally we will also cover pelvic floor activation and how to gain the most benefit from your experience at a class.
A relaxed atmosphere with plenty of time for discussion .
You may decide to continue with regular 1 to 1 sessions or join a group class thereafter.
